Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the margnOS applications and margnos.com (the "Service"), operated by Anderson Asset Group LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
margnOS is a reseller operations platform: it helps you manage inventory, create and sync marketplace listings, record sales, and track financial settlements. The Service connects to third-party marketplaces using accounts and credentials that you supply.
2. Accounts and organizations
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your organization.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- You are responsible for complying with the rules of the marketplaces you connect (eBay, WooCommerce, and others).
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- New accounts start with a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required to begin.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend the Service until billing is resolved.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful activity, including listing prohibited items on marketplaces
- Attempt to access other organizations' data or interfere with the Service's operation
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent
- Use automated means to create accounts or abuse trial periods
5. Your data
You own the data you put into the Service — your inventory, photos, listings, sales, and financial records. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and transmit that data to operate the Service and to perform the actions you request (for example, publishing a listing to eBay). Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties such as eBay, WooCommerce, and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, policies, or fees. Marketplace fees, shipping costs, and taxes are your responsibility.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. margnOS assists with pricing, fees, and financial tracking but does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice; figures such as profit estimates are informational only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anderson Asset Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations) will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
